I do know in FL that the highway patrol cars are now outfitted with dual layer light bars with one layer being blue and one layer being red. The did a study and found that Blue light is more intense during the day and red is more intense and more easily picked up at night. So, they have the capability to turn one layer on, or the other, or both. I have the opinion that our trucks and units don’t have the amount of warning lignts they need to have.

It all still seems so unreal… I can’t believe you’re gone. I will always remember our trips to Fayetteville, and just hanging out having couple of beers… I will cherish every laugh we shared. Thank you for being more than just a friend. You will never be forgotten, brother…
