RALEIGH - Raleigh firefighters were met with very heavy smoke conditions on arrival from a one-story, 6,200 square foot wood frame commercial building on June 12th.
The fire at 1316 South Blount Street was dispatched at about 01:30 hours.
Companies were in the Offensive Mode initially, but then units were pulled from the building and ladder pipes and deck guns were used for knock down.
