Fire Photographer Captures First Arriving Companies

CLYDE - All the elements have to be just right to be able to capture
a fire photo like the one above. On May 18, the Clyde Fire
Department was dispatched to this house fire on Loop Road. Clyde was
assisted by Junaluska, North Canton and Center Pigeon.

WINSTON-SALEM - The Winston-Salem Fire Department responded to this
house fire on Granville Drive on July 12. Engine 6 arrived and
reported a house fully involved. The house was vacant and companies
operated defensively. Responding companies were Engine 6, Engine 1,
Truck 1, Rescue 1 and Battalions 1 and 3. There were no injuries.
The cause is under investigation.

available. They are red reflective and can be used as a window
decal, placed on a helmet or any hard non-porous surface.

in Winston-Salem.
